Any reputable company would have a backup server. Their service is completely useless to me without this server, and I could not access my bank accounts, causing a huge problem. Customer service said they weren't sure if it would ever come back. Without any warning, their server in Thailand disappeared. Flimsy, unreliable service that caused me a major problem.
